Booking a course

Step 1: Contact us with your requirements

Step 2: We email you a questionnaire

We email you a detailed questionnaire. We ask you questions about your level and past studies of English. We ask about your reasons for needing to improve your language skills. Business clients should describe their job roles and how they use English for work and with whom they must communicate.

Finally we ask about the kind of leisure programme you wish to take out of lesson times.

You then email the filled-in questionnaire back to us.

Step 3: Confirmation of dates and costs

We confirm your dates and costs depending on your accommodation requirements and leisure choices.

Step 4: Sending a deposit

You send 25% of the full price as a deposit to confirm your booking. Once this is paid, your course is reserved.

Now we start to plan your course. We send you a grammar test which you complete and return to us. This is important – in this way we do not waste time on assessment when you arrive. Your course is planned in advance and lessons start on Day One.

Step 5: Informing us of your travel arrangements and arrival place and time

You make your travel arrangements and inform us of time and place of arrival so that we can arrange to meet you. We are happy to help with travel plans and advise you of the best way to get to Lymington from the point of arrival.

Step 6: Final payment

We ask for final settlement of the full cost of the course six weeks before the starting date.

Cancellation: If you cancel within EIGHT WEEKS of the course start date, we reserve the right to keep 80% of the course fee – unless we can find another student to take your place.
